Guided by Compassion, Grounded in Lived Experience
Healing one person isn't enough. The patterns behind addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges live inside the whole family. That's where I do my work.
I had the privilege of training under Dr. Judith Landau, the developer of the ARISE® method, and later teaching alongside her. From her, I learned that intervention is less about confronting one person in crisis and more about understanding the entire system that surrounds them: the history, the silences, the survival roles that get handed down before anyone has the language to name them.
Over the years I've sat with families through some of their most painful, complicated moments. Addiction, untreated mental health concerns, trauma that has gone unspoken for generations, and the chronic crisis cycles that exhaust everyone involved. The families I work with come from every kind of background: different cultures, different belief systems, different shapes and sizes. Each one carries its own history, its own pain, and its own quiet strength.
Because no two families are alike, the work begins by listening, not prescribing. I sit with the family and the treatment team to design something that honors the actual complexity of your situation, your relationships, your concerns, your hopes, while keeping safety and connection at the center.
What I'm most committed to is helping families understand generational trauma and begin to break the cycles that have shaped them. The goal isn't only to get one person into care. It's to help the entire family begin to heal.

What I Bring to the Work
Three things distinguish my work from the conventional intervention model.
Family Systems Focus
Healing isn't about labeling one person as the problem. I work with the entire family, its history, patterns, language, and emotional structure.
Built Around Your Family
No two families heal the same way. I listen first, to your story, what's been tried, what you need, and we build a plan that actually fits.
Calm in Crisis
I bring structure, safety, and steady presence into emotionally charged situations, guiding families from fear and reactivity into clarity, compassion, and action.
