Guiding Families From Crisis to Collective Healing
My work goes beyond addiction. I support families facing the intertwined realities of substance use, mental health challenges, generational trauma, treatment resistance, and chronic crisis, guiding family-systems-based intervention that lowers defensiveness, increases engagement, and creates lasting change.
How I Work With Families
Family Systems, Not Just Substance Use
Addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges live inside relationships. I work with the whole family system, generational patterns, enabling, communication repair, and family restructuring, not just the person in crisis.

Invitational, Not Adversarial
Traditional interventions rely on surprise and confrontation. The ARISE® method invites the loved one in from the first conversation, preserving dignity and reducing defensiveness.
Assessment First
Before any action, we slow down and look at the whole picture together: family dynamics, clinical needs, treatment options, history. Thoughtful decisions, not reactive ones.

Continuing Care, Not Just Crisis
Getting someone into treatment is the beginning, not the end. I stay with families through transition, discharge, family restructuring, and long-term healing.
An intervention is not an event — it’s a process.
